3. No Guaranteed Results
While we apply professional diligence, we do not guarantee the sale or purchase of any business, specific financial outcomes, or valuation results.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete information and to cooperate throughout the engagement. DellaRok LLC is not liable for delays or outcomes caused by incomplete or inaccurate data.
5. Fees & Payments
Fees are due as outlined in the engagement agreement. Non-payment may result in suspension of services. Refunds are issued only where stated in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, valuations, and marketing assets produced by DellaRok remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Communication Policy
DellaRok Partners is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the engagement.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
