Financial Planning

The financial function your business has been missing.

Not a bookkeeper. Not a tax CPA. The person on your side of the table every month — reading the numbers, seeing what is coming, and helping you use them to make real decisions.

Most business owners already have two financial relationships.

    Your Bookkeeper

Records transactions. They keep the books clean.

    Your CPA

Files your tax return. They look at last year and minimize what you owe.

    Neither one is doing this:

    • Running a real month-end close on accrual accounting.
    • Sending you a P&L with plain-English commentary on what moved and why.
    • Building a 13-week cash flow forecast you can actually use.
    • Watching your margins by job, product, or service line.
    • Getting you ready to go to a bank, a buyer, or a partner with a financial story they will believe.

That is the Office of the CFO.

    The Three Tiers

    TIER 1

    Finance Operations

    Starting at $1,000/mo or a one-time $8,000 cleanup project.

Clean books, reconciled accounts, corrected chart of accounts, and a monthly reporting baseline.

    Right for you if:

the books have never been done properly or have fallen behind.

    Most Popular

    TIER 2

    Controller and Reporting

    $4,000 to $8,000 per month.

Monthly close, accrual P&L with commentary, balance sheet, 13-week cash forecast, KPI dashboard, and a monthly review call. Your bookkeeper keeps doing daily entry. We run the close.

    Right for you if:

you want a real financial picture every month and a partner who actually reads the numbers.

    TIER 3

    Strategic CFO Advisory

    $10,000 to $16,000 per month.

Everything in Tier 2, plus capital planning, banking relationships, acquisition support, pricing strategy, and exit readiness. For owners facing a real decision in the next one to three years.

    Right for you if:

you are preparing to borrow, buy, sell, or bring in a partner.

How the First 30 Days Work

Here is exactly what happens when you start.

    Week 1

    Access and discovery

We get access to QuickBooks, payroll, and bank and loan documents. We interview you and whoever touches the books today.

    Weeks 2 to 3

    Diagnostic

We go through the books the way a bank or a buyer would: cash vs. accrual, reconciliations, AR and AP aging, how loans and assets are being booked, payroll compliance.

    Week 4

    Findings and plan

You get a corrected baseline P&L and balance sheet, a plain-English list of what was wrong and what it means, and a 90-day plan. From there, the monthly rhythm begins.

    Monthly Deliverables

Every Tier 2 and Tier 3 client receives this every month.

    Accrual-basis P&L with plain-English commentary.
Balance sheet with loan balances, assets, and depreciation actually correct.
Cash flow statement and a rolling 13-week forecast.
KPI dashboard specific to your business.
Budget vs. actual variance once a budget exists.
    Monthly review call.
Direct access to John between calls. Response within 24 hours, typically same day.

    The Integrated Path

Start where you are. Stay as long as you need.

"A client can start with an $8,000 cleanup and end, years later, with a premium exit run by the same person who has known every number in their business from day one."
